SAIC is seeking a Agile Lead Integrator to fill a critical position on SAIC's Prime Program, Landmark AOS located in Chantilly, VA. Landmark AOS is a large SETA program that supports the NRO's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), which is responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle. Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Polygraph is required for this role.

As the Agile Lead Integrator,  you will provide specialized engineering expertise supporting the acquisition and project management of multi-intelligence (multi-INT) software services. SAIC's client is tasked with leading the integration of mission focused tools to foster increased efficiency, automation and information sharing. You will also assist and advise Government managers responsible for the complete end-to-end life cycle of the customer's Ground Enterprise. As the Agile Lead Integrator will manage the program office quarterly cycle and integrate architecture development, solution engineering and development increment planning and evaluation.

You will need to bring a proven track record in the application of systems engineering and Agile/Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies, along with innovative thought leadership, to advance and develop groundbreaking digital engineering solutions.

Job Responsibilities to include:

  • Exercise thought leadership and practical engineering application by leveraging extensive experience with Agile software lifecycle management practices and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experiences to assist the Program Management Office with execution of cyclic architecture reviews and program planning increments.
  • Use knowledge of Agile DevcSecOps engineering processes and tools, digital engineering, and program management to help develop, implement, and execute program solutions.
  • Integrate stakeholder and system requirements, facilitate discussion and understanding of schedule impacts and trades, and enhance the digital engineering culture for the customer's System Engineering Group.
  • Engage with other systems engineers directly supporting programs to enhance cross-program integration, track solution delivery progress and assist in developing digital work products.
  • Participate in and contribute to technical and programmatic interchanges; identify and resolve issues; and provide engineering and technical advice to the customer to achieve innovative capabilities.
  • Support Agile process evolution across Government teams, development contractors, user engagement teams, and stakeholders.
  • Apply systems analysis and design methodology assessments to identify technical debt, architectural runway and efficiency trade-offs against current and proposed/desired cloud-based software system design.
  • Provide technical expertise to support the planning of future systems and architectures.
  • Develop briefings and documentation material, including architecture views and technical roadmaps.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in business, engineering, science, or related discipline and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience.
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph
  • Broad systems engineering experience (e.g. system architecture and design, integration of system requirements, CONOPS, systems verification to develop solutions, use of schedule and configuration management in support of program execution).
  • Knowledge and experience in managing across the software development lifecycle using modern Agile approaches and tools.
  • Experience or familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework Environment (SAFe).
  • Knowledge or experience of Agile DevcSecOps and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
  • Proven ability to work effectively and collaborate in a dynamic, fast paced team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently execute work.
  • Strong oral and written communications ability on significant technical matters often requiring coordination within a high tempo environment.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
