SAIC is looking for an Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) Engineer who will develop, research, and apply analytic models and deep learning, to datasets in a variety of domains, including computer vision, natural language processing, or time series analysis and provide future solutions/resolutions for the established Electronic Warfare Data System (EWDS) Mission. This position is located on Naval Base Ventura County, Point Mugu, CA.
Qualifications
Education and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Computer Science related discipline and a minimum of five (5) years' experience; years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Required skills:
- Experience with the following:
- XG Boost and CAT Boost.
- Light GBM.
- Scikit-learn.
- Pandas.
- .CSV or EXCEL.
- Coding and programming languages, including Python.
- Machine Learning Classification Algorithms.
- Azure Ops.
Required clearance:
- Must have an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
