SAIC is seeking a C4I Integrator located on the Pacific Warfighting Center (PWC) on Ford Island, HI to support the Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Capability (PMTEC) Regional Joint Training Infrastructure (RJTI) Program for USINDOPACOM to support the design, planning, coordination, execution, and assessment of joint simulation solutions focused on data exchange between simulation data and Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems, including messages, emails, and other message types and data flow requirements, during USINDOPACOM JEP events, activities, and other assigned projects.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Serve as a critical ECG Sim and C2/C4I Expert, working within the M&S and LVC Working Groups to capture operational needs and translate them into simulation requirements.
- Build simulation architectures, connections into operational architecture, associated diagrams, and data flows, coordinating across Comms, COP, and other SMEs within ECG and Training Audience organizations.
- Perform the role of Sim-C4I Integrator during execution and test events, running computer models, C4I systems, and ensuring data flows across exercise architecture are validated and operational during execution.
- Maintain a flexible demeanor and willingness to support other duties as needed.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors and five (5)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
- Experience with Simulation and C4I system operations.
- Experience with Combatant Command (COCOM) joint exercises.
- Experience with tactical to operational data flows, formats, and coordination across ECG and Training Audience COP and COMM Planners.
- Experience in building Simulation/C4I Test Plans.
- Ability to deliver OV1 Simulation Architecture, data flow matrix, and other Sim/C4I products.
- Ability to train ECG Participants on C4I system operations.
- Familiarity with the Joint Training Manual and Joint Exercise Life Cycle.
- Must be able to obtain a Passport and be willing to travel up to 25%
DESIRED SKILLSET:
- Additional experience with COCOM joint events, including wargames, experiments, and analysis projects.
- Experience in supporting wargames and experiments leveraging tools such as Command PE, MAST, AFSIM, DIGICAT, Vassal.
- Experience delivering Training Plans and Simulation Test Plans.
REQUIRED CLEARANCE:
- Must have an Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- Must be a current US Citizen.
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
