SAIC is seeking a forward-thinking Market Leader, Critical Infrastructure, to lead a flagship portfolio within our Civilian Business Group (CBG). This executive role is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational execution, and growth of mission-critical services supporting federal agencies including the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Department of Energy (DOE). With a $500M+ annual revenue stream and a talented workforce exceeding 3,000 professionals, the SVP will deliver both operational excellence and strategic expansion in a rapidly evolving national security and infrastructure landscape.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to federal clients, combining deep mission understanding with bold innovation to modernize their critical capabilities for tomorrow's challenges. SAIC is looking for a results-oriented strategist with a proven track record of capturing large-scale opportunities in federal procurement and advancing mission outcomes through cutting-edge technologies, including Agentic AI, Quantum Computing, and other emerging digital solutions. You will work across SAIC's enterprise to integrate differentiated capabilities, ensuring our services stay ahead of client needs and at the forefront of technological innovation.

Additional Responsibilities:
· Initiate and participate in business strategy development, guiding business development and capture activities.
· Maintain financial controls for the organization.
· Create an environment conducive to staff development and professional growth.
· Develop long-term infrastructure roadmaps, including budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
· Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance within delivery and growth teams.
· Developing and executing annual and quarterly financial plans.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered. Minimum of 18 years of experience.
· Proven experience leading a $500M+ sector within a midsize or large GovCon organization
· Demonstrated success managing 30+ active contracts, including at least one valued at $500M+
· Prior experience with full P&L responsibility, including forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
· Technical domain experience and deep knowledge of DOT agencies and programs
· Significant and relevant customer relationships across DOT
· Deep understanding of Federal contracting practices
