SAIC has an immediate opening for the Collaboration Services Manager to oversee multiple technology teams who operate, maintain, and secure Operating Systems, Domain Controllers, Exchange Servers, Mobility Solutions, and other infrastructure in support of the USACE OCIO/G-6 environment, IAW DoD, Army, and USACE O-CIO G6 policies and procedures.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the point of contact to all government and contractor personnel for all sub-task leads for related issues with advice, assistance, investigation, coordination, and to lead the implementation of service delivery best practices across all teams.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor 50+ direct & indirect reports by setting clear objectives, managing performance, and aligning resources to efficiently maximize productivity and maintain excellent service quality metrics.
  • Effectively communicate all maintenance, troubleshooting, change, and outage events to stakeholders at strategic, operational, and tactical levels, on short notice
  • Accountable to maintain and improve cyber security posture across all technology teams by proactively managing STIG & CTO responses, patch management, regular maintenance, end of life (EOL) hardware & software management activities
  • Oversee all compliance activities including but not limited to; plans of action & milestones (POAMs), vulnerability remediation, and other cyber activities.
  • Oversee the implementation of security measures, including but not limited to patch management, STIG & CTO review & response, and other activities.
  • Provide technical input on cross-functional initiatives relating to enterprise infrastructure & platform technologies.
  • Support continuous improvement activities aimed at performance enhancements, automation, full utilization of existing tool sets, and recommendations for new tools.
  • Participate in and lead outage bridges in support of emergent enterprise issues which may include periodic after-hours engagements.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and nine (9) years of experience; four (4) years of experience are accepted in lieu of a degree.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience leading a technical team that manage, patch, secure, and update enterprise environments in support of vulnerability management activities.
  • 3+ years communicating complex technical ideas, outcomes and topics to audiences of varying degrees of technical acumen up to and including GS-15/SES clients
  • Demonstrated proficiency working with some combination of Windows, Linux, Solaris, Azure (IAAS), SQL & Oracle Databases, Middleware, Virtualization, and Storage technologies in an enterprise with a large user base (50k+)
  • Demonstrated proficiency preparing programmatic artifacts such as Program Manager Reviews (PMR), Weekly Activity Reports (WAR), and data calls to senior leaders
  • Demonstrated understanding of ITIL Service Model best practices

Required Clearance and Certifications:

  • Must be able to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance prior to employment; must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance to maintain employment.
  • Security+ or other IATII equivalent IAW 8750/8140 requirements

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
