SAIC is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to support SAIC's NXP Program. This role is in Suffolk, VA and requires ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
The Configuration Data Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of the Configuration Management/Data Management process.
 - Oversee process to ensure accurate, complete, and consistent records.
 - Develop and implement comprehensive data and configuration management strategies, policies, and procedures.
 - Define and implement processes to segregate and safeguard sensitive and proprietary data using role-based access controls.
 - Establish and maintain records for controlled documents and artifacts.
 - Ensure standardization across program tools and artifacts as well as alignment with government processes.
 - Establish and enforce CM process; to include pre-defined roles and responsibilities, workflow management, and version control.
 - Facilitate risk reviews and reporting, ensuring that all potential issues are documented and addressed alongside configuration changes.
 - Oversee the processes within the configuration framework, ensuring proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies.
 
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience; additional professional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
 - Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
 - Experience with Configuration Management or Data Management Processes on development programs.
 - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
 - Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate meetings.
 - Experienced with fast-paced, dynamic programs.
 - Experience in Agile methods for program management or software development.
 - Experience supporting a Space program desired!
 - Security+ Certification
 - OS Certification of one of the following; CCNA, CCNP Enterprise Linux, VMware Professional, Windows 2019 or higher, or VMware Certified Associate. 6 month waiver authorized to obtain
