  SAIC is seeking Project Management Support personnel for the Cryptographic Voice Program in PEO C4I PMW 130. This position will directly provide program management support to the Assistant Program Manager (APM), driving the future of next generation cryptographic needs in response to evolving technological demands.

*THIS IS AN ON-SITE ROLE IN SAN DIEGO, CA*

JOB DUTIES:

  • Oversee multiple related projects to achieve broader organizational goals. Coordinate activities between project teams and ensure that all projects align with the strategic vision of the organization. 
  • Develop comprehensive program roadmaps that outline the objectives, timelines, and resources needed for successful program execution. 
  • Manage resources across projects, including budgeting, staffing, and scheduling. 
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure that all parties are informed and aligned on project progress and objectives. 
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. 
  • Track the progress of projects, and brief project status to stakeholders. 
  • Prepare programmatic documentation, reports, drawings (sketches/flow charts/diagrams/schematics).

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and ten (10) years or more experience.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must have an Active Secret Clearance to Start
  • Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI within 6 months of start
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Familiar with utilizing C4ISR/C5ISR Interface Control Documents (ICD), Block diagrams, and Functional Interface Drawings (FID).  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to include engaging with individuals in person, on phone and in written mediums.
  • Excellent communication – Oral and Written.
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications and programs (Visio, Project, Publisher, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel).
  • Comprehensive and thorough knowledge of: Best Practices Studies, Business Case Analysis, Creative Problem Solving, Decision Briefing, Project Management Processes, Project Activity Implementation, and Risk Management, Strategic Planning.

 

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with the DoD Acquisition process, familiarity with PEO/C4I Installation processes.
  • Cryptographic and Signals Analysis Skills – Expertise in collecting, analyzing, and reporting communication signals and intelligence.
  • Proficiency in Cybersecurity Concepts – Knowledge of secure communications, encryption, and network defense practices.
  • Advanced Technical Systems Expertise – Experience operating and maintaining specialized cryptologic equipment and software.
  • Adaptability in Dynamic Environments – Proven ability to perform under rapidly changing conditions, often in operational conflict zones.
  • Financial management and Financial Planning.
  • Operational or analytic production experience.
  • Knowledge of: Change management, Facilitation, Organizational Assessment, Process Modeling, Business Planning, Business Process Reengineering, Consensus Building, Organizational Restructure, Design, and Implementation, Project Management Processes, Data Modeling, and Benchmarking/metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up to support customer ' s needs, clearly communicate (orally and written) ideas, take initiative to provide creative solutions to challenges and/or systemic problems.
     
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
