SAIC is seeking a Curriculum Development & Instruction Analyst to join our team in Huntsville, AL.

Responsibilities:

  • The Curriculum Development & Instruction Analyst will assess training needs through performance analysis, System Owner feedback, and project objectives.
  • Collaborate with program leadership to align training initiatives with Product Manager goals, system and operational requirements. 
  • Design, develop, and implement training program(s) tailored to organizational needs, ensuring alignment with industry standards (i.e. Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) 350-70) and best practices.
  • Develop curriculum and training artifacts such as a Program of Instruction (POI) and student and instructor guides, incorporating modern instructional techniques, media and instructional material, technology-driven learning solutions, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee quality assurance and compliance, ensuring all training content and delivery methods met regulatory, safety, and operational standards.
  • Design, coordinate and perform technical training sessions and provide format to train operators and other instructors.
  • Navigate and proactively manage training support package through the appropriate approval channels (i.e. Combined Arms Support Command (CASCOM)). Inform project stakeholders of project status and offer mitigations to overcome schedule and resource constraints.

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

  • BS Degree + 6 Years of Experience in curriculum development and instruction. 

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Proven success in achieving CASCOM approval of Training Support Package.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
  • Proficiency in instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
