SAIC is seeking a Law Enforcement Cyber Intelligence Coordination Cell Team Lead. This position directly supports the USCYBERCOM Joint Operations Center (JOC).  The LECI Team Lead denotes the senior position on the LECI Coordination Cell and ensures continuity, training, and consistency across all LECI Coordination Cell Analysts.  The LECI Team Lead manages the team's watch schedule and ensures relevant position documentation (e.g. instruction guides, standard operating procedures, knowledge portals, etc.) remains current and up-to-date.  The LECI Team Lead provides expertise, input, and recommendations to the JOC leadership to support operational changes and process improvements.  This often requires partnerships with other JOC support teams and/or staff elements outside the JOC to ensure synchronization and unity of effort.  The LECI Team Lead is not a shift worker, but may stand watch from time to time as required. This role is located full-time, on-site at Fort Meade, Maryland.   

 Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

· Develop and track the LECI watch schedule.

· Maintain accountability of all LECI team members on watch.

· Approve time off for LECI team members and ensure LECI Coordination Cell responsibilities are covered when team members are on leave.

· Supervise LECI Coordination Cell activities and deliverables production.

· Provide training and support documentation for the LECI Coordination Cell.

· Attend meetings relevant to LECI Coordination Cell or where LECI subject matter expertise is required.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

· Active TS/SCI Poly. 

· Minimum 10 years of experience in Cyberspace Operations, Telecommunications, or a related functional area.

· Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline in the area of expertise from an accredited college or university.

· Desired minimum DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAM Level II Certification, CSSP Incident Responder, or CSSP Infrastructure Support.

Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
