SAIC is seeking a Deputy Business Lead with experience in business management, contracts, and subcontracts, to join the Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) Team.

PNT SE&I provides engineering, integration, technical analysis, and subject matter expertise (SME) support to the US Space Force. As a member of our PNT SE&I Team, you'll work in a fast-paced environment with Government personnel and systems engineers to manage the financial planning, tracking, and reporting as well as supporting business processes and operations. Major duties of this position include:

Duties:

  • Management and review of the program finances required to meet or exceed performance work statement (PWS) requirements for technical, schedule, cost, and quality performance.
  • Lead budget planning and execution tracking, finance deliveries.
  • Support corporate In Progress Reviews (IPR) and internal program team Estimate at Complete (EAC) reviews.
  • Support business development efforts to identify opportunities for growth and support to contract re-compete activities.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage corporate staff, processes or tools and ensure the proper collection of metrics to measure execution effectiveness.

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, marketing, or a related field, with 10+ years of demonstrated experience.
  • 7 years of experience in leading primary business efforts, with 3 years of experience supporting the overall business management for DoD, other Government Agencies, or commercial programs.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive profitability.
  • Experience in overseeing daily operations, improving efficiency, and implementing process improvements.
  • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
