SAIC is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team in Panama City, Florida.
Job Description:
- Support electrical power system installation, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Create and review electrical schematics.
- Support programming of variable frequency drives, PLC's, and other devices.
- Occasional travel to support fleet operations.
Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and zero (0) years related experience; four (4) years or experience considered in lieu of degree.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with solidworks.
- Solid understanding of AC and DC circuit protection coordination.
- Electrical power generating systems.
- Must be able to work in crawl spaces inside equipment to install or inspect hardware.
- Familiarity with electrical diagnostic tools (DVM's, Scopes, DAM's) and instrumentation systems.
Clearance:
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a full Secret clearance; Minimum of an Interim Secret clearance required to start.
