SAIC is seeking a cleared, cybersecurity professional to be the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) for an onsite position at Vandenburg AFB, CA.

This position is supporting the 2d Range Operations Squadron in renewing and maintaining an Authority to Operate (ATO) for an U.S. Space Force system critical to national defense.  

In this role, you will...

• Design and implement technical security controls, identify and remediate vulnerabilities, and advice to Information System Security Engineers(ISSEs) and Program Managers.
• You will provide cybersecurity expertise and knowledge to implement the System Security Plan,
• Create the Security Assessment Report.
• Implement Plans of Actions and Milestones and ensure required vulnerability scans meet the standards required to obtain and maintain an ATO from the Authorizing Official. 

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen and actively possess a Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's and fourteen (14), Master's and twelve (12); or relevant of years of experience in lieu of experience.
• Assurance experience work, or 22 years total of Information Assurance experience work.
• DoD Manual 8140.03, Vulnerability Assessment Analyst, Intermediate certification (GICSP, Cloud+, GCED, PenTest+, Security+) or Advanced certification (CISSO, CPTE, CySA+, CFR, FITSP-A, GCSA, GPEN, CCE, CISA, CISM, GCIH, GSNA).
• A strong working knowledge of RMF.
• Experience in applying security principles to all states of system development from requirements development through operational acceptance.
• Experience in conducting information systems security assessments, evaluating IA and Cybersecurity controls, and conducting and supporting RMF activities.
• Experience with Operational Air Force or Space Force systems.
• Proficient with ACAS and eMASS.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
