SAIC is currently hiring an Integration Engineer to support Ground Intelligence Support Activity (GISA) Fort Gordon, GA.

Job Description:
 

  • Serve as part of a support team; be available to respond to any issues defined by GISA; candidates will provide support for GISA CI, as well as System Administration for Windows and Linux systems and other application expertise on emerging systems
  • Provide support to the underlying system architecture management applications like VMWare Virtual Center, and other “platform” tools supporting configuration, monitoring, and documentation
  • Assist in the installation and maintenance of the Virtual Environment VM 8.03 for four (4) networks, and will maintain VDI functionality
  • Provide Operating System support and Software Enhancement.
  • Assist in development of software baselines utilized to automate software deployment across CI enterprise
  • Conduct functionality testing of baseline prior to delivery, ensure functionality and compliance with DoD Cybersecurity standards
  • Develop and provide quarterly deployment instructions, operational utilization guide, and functionality test plan.
  • Provide operational support/callback based on functionality testing. Provide resolution if unanticipated results arise in the field.
  • Have experience with Windows, RHEL, VDIs, and VMware (vCenter, Viewconnector, Horizon AppVolumes, etc.). 
  • Provide onsite support as needed to continue operations and maintenance of the Army Intelligence Enterprise Architecture (AIEA) Infrastructure.
     

Qualifications

Required Education

  • Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.

 

Required Security Clearance

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI-Polygraph (US Citizenship required)


Required Certifications

  • DoD 8140 IAT Level II Certified Security+
  • Computing Environment Certification Required:  This can be ANY certification with any specific computing environment [eg.. Linux+, Server+, Red Hat, Microsoft Windows Server etc.]
