To address the growing demands within the Department of Defense, SAIC is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Program Analyst to be our Lead Product Manager leading the Data & AI Infrastructure Management of our Digital and AI Team as we embark on a large initiative to lead the design and operate integrated Enterprise IT solutions that deliver AI-enabled capabilities and enable data-driven decision making to missions across the Department, Services, and Combatant Commands.
The Ideal candidate will be adept at managing customer relationships, driving operational excellence, and fostering continuous improvement across all service areas.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify, design, build, test, and provide AI/ML capabilities to support Advana customers across all Advana Cloud Service Provider (CSP) and Security Environments.
- Deliver foundational-enterprise data products and AI/ML workflows to any internal or external customers planning to leverage the Advana enterprise platform.
- Provide ready-to-use, generalizable, and pre-trained AI models for use by all DoD Domains.
- Implement state-of-the-art algorithms within the Advana platform for Government-selected categories of AI/ML models.
- Provide technical expertise and development support to Advana customers for performing the full lifecycle of AI/ML tasks within the Advana platform and other platforms.
- Enable continuous development, testing, and iteration of new AI/ML Ops capabilities identified, recommended, and approved by research and design teams.
- Prototype, test, and evaluate tool integrations, services, and processes to inform continuous improvement of capability and user experience throughout the data and AI lifecycle.
- Identify, design, build, test, and provide AI/ML Model-as-a-Service support to Advana customers across all Advana CSP and Security Environments.
- Deliver foundational-enterprise data products and AI/ML workflows to any internal or external customers planning to leverage the Advana platform.
- Provide technical expertise and development support to Advana customers for performing the full lifecycle of AI/ML tasks within the Advana platform and other platforms.
- Manage the integration of AI/ML Ops capabilities identified and approved into the Advana platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in a related field and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience; Masters in a related field and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD in a related field and ten (10) years or more experience.
- Experience working in a cloud environment, preferably AWS.
- Experience working in an Agile Community, using Agile methodology for product and project management.
- Experience working in a DoD environment supporting one of the Armed Forces in an enterprise IT environment, across multiple domains and various clearance levels.
- SEC+ certification or similar certification to meet DoD 8140 (formerly DoD 8570) requirements.
- PMP Certification.
- U.S. Citizenship and TS/SCI clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in a related field.
- Possess experience analyzing high tech systems, identifying improvements, and advocating for changes that positively affect customer outcomes.
- Possess experience in planning and designing communications strategies for a large organization.
- Possess experience improving customer success for high tech platforms involving data analytics, AI/ML or decision support systems.
- Possess experience in designing and delivering knowledge management documents and customer training courses either in person or online.
- Experience supporting organizations or customers through digital modernization, particularly related to cloud, data, DevSecOps, and AI/analytics.
- AWS AI Practitioner Certification.
- AWS Data Practitioner Certification.
- Agile or ScrumMaster Certification.
