SAIC is seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to support the Weapons Systems Development Division and Asymmetric Effects Branch at Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers and contractor team members to ensure successful delivery of outputs, including event coordination, technical document review, facilities management, security, and other relevant operational tasks.
- Provide administrative and technical support for meetings, procurements, logistics of incoming/outgoing materials, and effective multitasking to deliver exceptional results.
- Employ existing logistical processes to ensure the efficient transfer of information, products, and services between team members, government representatives, and supporting personnel.
- Assist with documentation and drive continuous process improvement.
- Ensure deliverables comply with established Navy and DoD standards.
- Oversee the accurate coordination of materials, including receipts and outbound shipments.
- Manage inactivation and disposal of materials, including inventory tracking, documentation, and using Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) disposal processes.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree and 3 years experience; Masters degree and 1 year experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree will accepted.
Proven experience in logistics, personnel engagement, or schedule/data management.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
Ability to provide actionable insights and make informed recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Teams).
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Interim clearance required to start with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD secret security clearance. SAIC will sponsor the clearance process.
Highly Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with munitions logistics or an understanding of DoD logistics policies such as SECNAV, NAVSEA, or NOSSA instructions.
- Experience with SharePoint or similar tools for data tracking and configuration management support.
- Possession of an active DoD Security Clearance.
- Familiarity with HAZMAT management processes, including maintaining Authorized User Lists (AUL), tracking Safety Data Sheets (SDS), ensuring compliance with OSHA and environmental standards, and coordinating approvals through appropriate government channels.
