SAIC is seeking a MCIS ISR SME to support our team in Virginia Beach, VA.

Job Duties:

  • Evaluate USMC All-Source and Geospatial training and procedures in accordance with approved Programs of Instruction (POIs); stay informed on evolving TTPs and training methodologies.
  • Analyze the impact of current plans, policies, and POIs; recommend actions to optimize resources and mission success.
  • Draft and maintain curriculum management documents per Marine Corps Orders, Directives, SAT process, and the Training and Readiness (T&R) Manual.
  • Manage curriculum development in alignment with SAT guidelines and MCTIMS (Marine Corps Training Information Management System).
  • Provide assessments and support for training of All-Source and Geospatial intelligence professionals.
  • Monitor projects affecting training within MCIS and the broader Intelligence Community.
  • Assess requirements and contribute to the development of emerging analytical training curricula.
  • Deliver briefings to USMC operating forces and support establishments on Systems Approach to Training (SAT) and MCIS training initiatives.
  • Develop knowledge and performance objectives, create evaluation tools (e.g., surveys), and analyze results.
  • Support testing databases and student registration functions within MCTIMS.
  • Prepare documentation for Course Curriculum Review Boards, T&R Working Groups, Doctrine, and POI validation.
  • Be prepared to provide off-site support for Course Curriculum Review Boards, T&R Working Groups, Doctrine, and Program of Instruction (POI) development and validation.
  • Draft responses for MCIS Operations via TMT databases on topics including doctrine, policy, training councils, and evaluation.

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • High School diploma and six (6) years or more of related experience; per program specifications, a Bachelor's degree will not be accepted in lieu of experience.

Required Clearance:

  • Must have an active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI Security Clearance.
