SAIC is seeking individuals with either a multimedia or coding background to support our AFMS (Air Force Modeling & Simulation) Program; these openings are part-time/casual positions; averaging 12 hrs/week.
These positions are based out of Winter Park, FL; however, will be hybrid-remote...allowing individuals to split time between our Customer-site and remote/home location.
We have several openings, both in the multimedia and coding field. The roles will be in direct support of the Army Synthetic Training Environment Cross-Functional Team.
Position Overview:
- Provide support with the design and production of graphics for training, proposals, media, and the like. May include support with computer graphics, digital photography, videography, Flash animations, etc.,
- Support the design and development of multimedia applications, systems and products involving computer graphics and interactive computing such as computer-based systems.
- Incorporate software applications in multiple technology media systems, such as graphics, animation, text, and sound.
- Ability to write code, python, SQL, etc.
Qualifications
High School Degree Required. No college degree required, knowledge in the areas of lightweight simulators, Extended Reality (Augmented, Virtual, and Mixed Reality), and simulation interoperability standards, as well as videography & multimedia
Must be US Citizen, no clearance is required.
