This position is 100% remote nationwide
Typical Responsibilities:
- Will assist in Cornerstone processing, ensuring badge requests, SAIC network accounts, and the USPV+ identity proofing actions are completed for all uniformed officers.
- Assisting unclassified facilities program with maintaining spreadsheets, databases and questionnaires.
- Working with the Projects Team to track system transition plans and execution.
- Tracking invoice accuracy for the guard support.
- Creating System Diagrams
- Capturing the current state of existing security systems in power point.
- Other duties as assigned as a member of the SAIC Physical & Technical Security team.
Qualifications
Required Education and Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited College/University pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.
- Must be willing to be available 24/7 for on-call duties in order to uphold our commitment to continuous operational readiness, which includes providing SAIC a mechanism for which to contact you.
- Candidate must be willing to provide on-site support commensurate with the duties as assigned.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, contributing ideas and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Willingness to adapt to team needs, including taking on various roles and responsibilities as required.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation and emails.
- Ability to navigate and utilize Teams, MS Office, MS Outlook (Insert here additional systems depending on job duty such as SIMS, NISS, DISS, Scattered, etc)
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and balance multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new challenges with a positive attitude.
