SAIC is currently looking to hire a Program Analyst to support the ICOFT program located in Huntsville, AL!
Program Info:
The ICOFT provides realistic institutional training in all areas of the THAAD Enhanced Operator/Maintainer operations and maintenance tasks for the THAAD Fire Control and Communication (TFCC), Radar, and Launcher components
Responsibilities Include:
- Candidate shall create/maintain and/or improve current processes, budgets, schedules, including documentation of the current processes.
- Candidate shall have a demonstrated working knowledge of DoD financial management systems and experience as a participant on a multi- disciplinary team is required.
- Candidate shall collect and analyze customer's data taking into account various factors.
- Candidate shall work under the direction of their supervisor receiving routine work and general instructions on new assignments.
- Candidate shall support other client specific technical and project documentation including meeting minutes, documentation editing, and peer reviews.
- Candidate shall participate in team meetings, reviews, technical interchange meetings, integration and test events, demonstrations, and other meetings as needed. Candidate will be required to complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education Requirements:
- Bachelors degree and five (5) years related experience; Additional four (4) years of experience can be used in lieu of a degree.
Clearance:
- Must have an Interim Secret to start with the ability to obtan a Secret Security Clearance; US Citizenship is required
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong IT working knowledge.
- Advanced experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional proficiency MS Visio, including ability to generate Technical Drawings, diagrams, flowcharts.
- General familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint at user-level
- Focus on deliverables and timelines.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good analytical and collaborative skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team and alone.
- Existing experience with MS Project and/or working within a PMO are highly preferred, but not required.
