SAIC has an immediate opening and is seeking a Program Analyst to join our talented team in Crane, IN. This role requires an active Secret Clearance. The Program Analyst supports the Contract Officer Representative (COR) in managing, monitoring, and overseeing contracts to ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies. This role involves assisting in the administration of contracts, reporting on contract performance, and serving as a liaison between contractors and the COR. This position is responsible for conducting quality assurance reviews, developing and implementing quality improvement strategies, and providing support to Branch operations to promote efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires a high level of analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Contract Administration:
 
-Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing contract documents.
-Maintain and update contract files, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
-Monitor contract performance, ensuring contractors meet their obligations.
 
Compliance and Documentation:
 
-Ensure all contracts adhere to federal regulations and company policies.
-Prepare reports and summaries on contract status, performance metrics, and compliance issues.
-Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures for contract management.
 
Communication and Coordination:
 
-Communicate effectively with contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth contract execution.
-Schedule and coordinate meetings between the COR, contractors, and other stakeholders.
-Track and disseminate contract modifications and amendments.
 
Support and Assistance:
 
-Provide administrative support to the COR, including drafting correspondence and reports.
-Assist in the resolution of any contract-related issues or disputes.
-Support the COR in auditing and evaluating contract performance and compliance.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

-Bachelor's degree and 0 years of experience
-1-3 years preferred in document control or related 
-Intermediate experience in ALL Microsoft Suites 
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Ability to interpret and apply federal regulations and company policies
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
-Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
-Secret Clearance Required 
 
Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience working in a federal contracting environment
-Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
-Certifications such as Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or equivalent
