SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst in support of the JSIL TECH Center program located in Huntsville, AL. 

The Program Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:

• Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
• Review status of projects and budgets
• Manage schedules
• Prepare status reports
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
• Ensuring contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being accomplished including working on the definition and implementation of project planning techniques to provide visibility on the contract
• Developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program
• Participating in and establishing and defining program plan requirements
• Monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met

Qualifications

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years' experience; additional four (4) years' experience can be considered in lieu of degree

Required Clearance: 

• Must possess an active Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain; US Citizenship required

Required Skills: 

• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Experience in managing project budgets and financial planning
• Proficiency in creating, assessing, and delivering status reports
• Strong written and verbal communication for client and stakeholder interactions
