SAIC is looking for a Program Coordinator for the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Program at Fort Knox, KY.

The PC will assist command with all phases of H2F program development and delivery, inclusive of Strength and Conditioning, Cognitive Performance and Athletic Training services. The PC will advise and train active-duty and Department of the Army personnel to leverage their expertise to implement H2F programs providing curriculum and reporting systems which will ensure program efficacy.

Job Duties:

  • Consult with command to identify the desired performance outcomes from the H2F program.
  • Develop and deliver to command H2F resources and curricula including:

o   Mobile app based periodized strength and conditioning programs.

o   Mobile app based athletic training guidance for injury prevention and recovery.

o   LMS based asynchronous Cognitive Enhancement micro-lessons.

o   On-site training of Active-Duty cadre members tasked with delivering H2F programming to their respective BDE's.

o   Periodic on-site support to all BDE's; inclusive of Quality/Assurance Quality Enhancement evaluations.

o   Zoom/Teams training support for the cadre post initial on-site training.

o    Develop and deliver a data driven reporting system which correlates human performance training initiatives to the desired Soldier outcomes.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Sport and Performance Psychology and (3) three years of relevant experience; Masters degree and (1) year of relevant experience.

 Required Security Clearance:

  • Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).

Required Skills:

  • 3 years or more experience in developing and implementing human performance training in a military or collegiate/professional sports environment---Military experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver reporting systems to command which correlate human performance training with command identified desired technical and tactical training outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability/experience in delivering programming using mobile applications to a remote audience.
  • Demonstrated ability/experience in delivering curriculum using a Learning Management System (LMS) to a synchronous/asynchronous remote audience.
