SAIC is seeking a highly motivated candidate to support an exciting customer mission area as a Systems/Project Integrator. The successful candidate will thrive in a mission-focused environment, where strong individual performance supports team collaboration. The candidate must be self-driven to accomplish tasks, be meticulous in their work, and possess strong organizational abilities. Responsibilities include:- Support mission integration and coordination with various levels of leadership
- Manage customer facing schedules and meeting agenda development
- Provide prompt and accurate meeting minutes to stakeholders
- Assist the team with general onboarding processes
- Execute action tracking from meetings, boards, and product reviews
- Facilitate business process execution, development, and document management
- Facilitate customer configuration management process and shepherd products through approval boards
- Ability to support governance activities as needed to ensure customer review boards are run smoothly
Qualifications
- You must currently hold an active TS/SCI and Poly clearance
- Bachelor's Degree, or experience can be substituted for the degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to support a variety of tasks in a timely manner
Desired Qualifications:
- Program/project management experience
- Desire and ability to work on multiple fast- paced projects
- Previous experience organizing and managing trainings in a classroom setting
