SAIC seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget. You'll work collaboratively with various teams, including contracts, designers, developers, cloud engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project outcomes. Responsibilities:

·       Establish and maintain trusted relationships with client and integration partner leadership, stakeholders and subject matter experts

·       Develop and maintain project schedule and resourcing forecasts using appropriate tools, working collaboratively with leadership and client stakeholders to meet milestone delivery and financial goals

·       Maintain comprehensive understanding of associated contracts and obligations, ensuring adherence and addressing potential compliance risk proactively

·       Identify and enable opportunities for project and client engagement growth

·       Utilize reports and executive summaries to effectively communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership

·       Conduct and support user requirements and feedback activities throughout the project lifecycle, potentially including JAD sessions, usability testing, user interviews, site visits, surveys, and task and workflow analysis

·       Lead project team through all phases of the project, including kick-off, planning, development, testing, go-live, and iteration using Agile methodologies tailored to project needs

·       Stay up to date on Application Platform capabilities and technical developments, as well as platforms and technology integrations specific to a project's implementation

·       Identify and manage project execution risks including internal and external factors, and develop mitigation plans collaboratively with leadership and stakeholders

·       Lead project team to ensure adherence to policies, processes, quality standards and best practices

·       Stay up to date on IT and client industry best practices, emerging technologies, and project management methodologies

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 

·       Must have a Bachelors and 9 years of experience or a Masters and 7 years of experience. 1-3 years of experience must be in project management, preferably within an Agile/Iterative development environment.

·       Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Iterative methodologies.

·       Working knowledge of Human-Centered Design principles and user experience (UX) best practices.

·       Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG) and best practices for creating inclusive digital products.

·       Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

·       Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

·       Strong collaborative and persuasive skills.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
