Introduction

The Air Force and Combatant Commands Business Group of SAIC is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to support a transformational infrastructure program for DCSA.
SAIC is proud to be supporting DCSA in safeguarding our nation's information. DCSA is the designated oversight authority on the accreditation of classified facilities, information systems, and the insider threat program. This involves security oversight of more than 10,000 companies and approximately 13,000 facilities involved in classified work throughout the DoD and 31 Federal agencies.
Specifically, on the DCSA One IT program, SAIC will provide an enterprise IT solution that delivers highly secured and adaptable IT infrastructure, provides customer support, and cutting-edge technologies that support operations and advance the DCSA mission under a single IT environment (i.e., One IT).
Job Description
Provides requirements and process development/definition support to application sustainment and O&M as part of overall efforts to provide innovative, emergent, and continual business process and enterprise IT solution improvements to the DCSA OCIO environment IAW DoD and DCSA OCIO policies, procedures, and data standards. Manages the requirements definition process to establish, translate and manage operational and mission requirements. Supports translation of user needs and IT strategic goals, commitments, and objectives into actionable plans, tasks, activities, technology, and/or process solutions and possible alternatives. Analyzes requirements and provides inputs for courses of action, POA&M objectives, risk mitigation objectives, project status and decision points and presents these to DCSA POCs. Conducts technical assessments and evaluations of requirements requests submitted by stakeholders to ensure conformance with approved plans, program objectives, and policies. Maintains technical requirements documents and develops requirements traceability matrix to ensure all requirements are validated and verified. Defines and manages the testing process to ensure deliverables meet the requirements of the enterprise. Supports process development for performance of Agile-based or iterative development activities to allow for frequent delivery of application changes. Creates consistent, deliberate, and predictable process change by integrating new and existing processes and communicating these changes to impacted teams. Supports engineers in the development of systems architecture/design documents with process flow diagrams. Addresses and solves business, information, and technology related opportunities and problems, and ensures consideration of implications of the application of technology to the current and future environment during all phases of analysis. Supports develop and maintenance of application sustainment plans and production readiness documents. Provide inputs into the Activity Report.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
It is required that Requirements Analyst Sr have the following have the following qualifications:
- BA/BS.
- Ten (10) or more years of experience.
- Secret clearance.
- IAT-II – Certification in Security+ with 60 days of onboarding
Desired Qualifications
- MA/MS.
- Eight (8) or more years of experience.
- IAT Level II Certification in one of the following areas: CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, Security+ CE, SSCP.
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
