 SAIC has an immediate opening for a Senior Logistics Analyst to support life cycle maintenance and integrated logistics product development for the US Navy. This role is onsite in San Diego, CA, MUST BE LOCAL.

JOB DUTIES:

• Provide life cycle support for US Navy systems and provisioning of parts and Lowest Replaceable Units (LRUs) using the Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS) database and Model-Based Product Support (MBPS).
• Involves direct contact with customers and fleet users and demands performance that is both detail oriented and time critical.
• Will be utilizing US Navy and Department of Defense Logistics Systems.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's and six (6) years or more or related experience in defense life cycle (acquisition) logistics support of electronic systems, 
  to include: logistics principles, practices, and processes. One (1) year of experience in support of C4ISR systems. 
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must have an Active Secret Clearance to start
• Demonstrated skills in Analyzing Engineering/Systems Management Data, and Developing Logistics Plans and Procedures. 

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Possess a comprehensive working knowledge of US Navy and Department of Defense logistics systems.
• Possess a thorough knowledge and documented use of software systems/databases used for logistics support of US Navy material. 
• Ability to interpret Installation Design Plans (IDPs), Installation Requirements Drawings (IRDs), and Bills of Material (BOMs).
• Ability to exercise independent judgment while working on multiple projects of diverse scope will be key to successful performance of the task requirements associated with this position.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
