SAIC is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst  to support our contract with the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Support team.

This program's support to NIWC LANT will include Research and Development, Test and Evaluation, Prototype Fielding Kit Development, Engineering Documentation Development, Software Engineering, Integration, Training and Sustainment of the following systems Communication Emitter Sensing and Attacking System (CESAS) and Tactical SIGINT Collection System (TSCS)

Work will be performed on-site in Charleston, South Carolina.  

Tasking will include, but is not limited to the following:

  • Use the following databases: CMPro, WEBFLIS, FedLog, QSTAR
  • Create and build Provisioning Parts List (PPL) and Technical Drawing Packages (TDP) for all TSCS and CESAS systems and send to Life-cycle Logistician and Equipment Specialists (EQ).
  • Attend Provisioning conferences, provide drawings of all parts being provisioned and complete the CRM.
  • Provide Source Maintenance and Recoverability  (SMR) codes to Tech Writers when creating Technical Manuals (TM) for all systems and building of the provisioning parts lists for all systems.
  • Research all part numbers, H6 part descriptions, national stock numbers (NSN) and Cage codes for all systems using multiple databases.
  • Update and maintain Warranty Matrix in Supply Instruction (SI).
  • Create all DD1149s, Work Orders (WO) and Transportation Movement Requests (TMR) for all material being shipped.
  • Build all Fielding folders (SL-3, Scheduled Maintenance, LTI and Packing List) for systems being shipped for fielding events
  • Inventory kitted and built systems according to system SL-3.
  • Scan all fielding documents (DD1149, DD1348, and LTI's) and send to CMPro CM personnel to upload in database.
  • Maintain and inventory Lab Asset Equipment (LAE).
  • Receive and ship (DD1149) all material received in under NIWC Procurement contracts.
  • Provide tracking of all material received in under NIWC Procurement contracts. Update various spreadsheets and maintain accurate counts of all material received.
  • Maintain accountability of major serialized components by creating and maintaining spreadsheets and CMPro.
  • Keep track of all Temp Loaned material and equipment.
  • Inventory all material and equipment at contracting warehouse.
  • Complete process, reach out to vendors to provide Return Material Authorization (RMA) to ship for repair.
  • Complete DD1149s for all CESAS and TSCS Software updates and send out to units.
  • Complete DD250s for all systems that have passed GAT testing and being stored in warehouse awaiting shipment to Radio Battalions (RADBNs). Provide and upload DD250s into database and sharepoint.
  • **Create DD1149s, Work Orders, Transportation Movement Request (TMR) inside CMPro. Also do inventory control, inventory transfers, generate reports, CMpro Issue Reports (C-IR). 

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; additional four (4) years experience in lieu of degree
  • Current Professional Logistics Certification – i.e., Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA)certified in Lifecycle[Acquisition] Logistics Level 1, or have equivalent logistics training, or possess an additional two (2)years working in direct support of defense life-cycle logistics
  • Six (6) years of experience in defense life cycle (acquisition) logistics support (or 8 years if not DAWIA Level 1 certified) of electronic systems, to include: logistics management, principles, practices, and processes
  • Four (4) years of experience in support of C4ISR systems
  • Demonstrated skills, to include Analyzing Engineering/Systems Management Data, Developing Logistics Plans and Procedures, and Developing Logistics Management Plans and Guidelines
  • Experience may be achieved simultaneously

     

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

  • Must have an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
