Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our talented team. In this role, you will create and implement programs to uphold quality standards for products and services. You will engage employees in quality improvement efforts. You will develop policies, procedures, and methods to evaluate the quality of products, materials, components, and operations. Finally, you will research and recommend necessary improvements to the program.

Work is performed on site in Norfolk, VA and Virginia Beach, VA.

This position is contingent upon award news Spring of 2026. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs/processes to maintain quality standards of products and services. 
  • Ensure program focuses employees on quality improvement. 
  • Develop policies, procedures and methods to check product, material, components and/or operational quality.
  • Inspect materials, parts, and products at various stages of production, recording observations.
  • Monitor production processes.
  • Conduct random inspections.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Make recommendations for improving processes.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • High school Diploma, related military experience, trade/industrial school graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Five (5) years of professional experience in quality control, preferably in Department of Defense (DoD) systems such as Electronics/Navigation Systems.
  • Attention to detail, being able to identify small inconsistencies or defects. 
  • Desire to uphold quality standards.
  • Able to keep track of testing, results, documentation, and recommendations.
  • Able to write concise and accurate documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality control software.
  • Demonstrated communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with management and production line staff.

Required Security Clearance:

  • US Citizenship required.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance.
    • Active Interim Secret or final Secret clearance is preferred.
