SAIC has an opening for a Software Engineer.  This position can be worked remotely nationwide.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Python programming language to enable successful data connection using Army Vantage
- Understanding and use of Foundry AI DoW systems 
- Design BI solutions that align with SAIC's strategic data and analytics needs
- Build Data models
- Produce documentation, artifacts and designs for technical and non-technical audiences
- Represent team to clients
- Develop innovative team solutions to complex problems
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing data governance and security practices 
- Develop innovative team solutions to complex problems
- Create and deploy KPI, analytic and dashboard solutions including design, development, deployment, data engineering, data warehousing, and data management projects and practices
 

Qualifications

• BA and 5 year of experience
•  Microsoft BI experience
• Extensive Python Programming language experience
• Strong Database design/Architecture Skills
• Familiarity with agile SDLC practices Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure Data Platforms (Azure SQL, Data Warehouse, Data Factory, Analysis)
• An Active Interim Secret clearance is required to begin work
