Introduction

The Air Force and Combatant Commands Business Group of SAIC is seeking a Solutions Architect to support a transformational infrastructure program for DCSA.
SAIC is proud to be supporting DCSA in safeguarding our nation's information. DCSA is the designated oversight authority on the accreditation of classified facilities, information systems, and the insider threat program. This involves security oversight of more than 10,000 companies and approximately 13,000 facilities involved in classified work throughout the DoD and 31 Federal agencies.
Specifically, on the DCSA One IT program, SAIC will provide an enterprise IT solution that delivers highly secured and adaptable IT infrastructure, provides customer support, and cutting-edge technologies that support operations and advance the DCSA mission under a single IT environment (i.e., One IT).
Job Description
Seeking a highly motivated and tactical Solutions Architect to coordinate change management process across a large government contract. This position serves as a pivotal team member in coordination of enterprise architecture and coordination of programmatic meetings and data ranging from change control management, artifacts, meetings, and timelines. The ideal candidate possesses superior analytical and problem-solving skills, operates independently with limited supervision and feedback, and can establish solid working relationships with management, technical staff and peers within the client's organization, as well as other external client customers.
• Provide enterprise architecture (EA) expertise in design and create, as well as coordinating and representing EA for the CIO organization.
• Bring expertise to define EA processes for the CIO organization.
• Work with a variety individuals including customers, management, and others.
• Manage and maintain that all EA changes are tracked. This includes online tracking system management in multiple systems and coordination with related parties. Other coordination as needed.
• Ensure all necessary artifacts required to deliver on the project effectively are successfully created, maintained, and are accurate.
• Ensure project reporting on EA progress and status is complete and delivered per requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate across the client's organization to ensure problem resolution, task scheduling, new resource requirements, and task clarification are complete.
• Facilitate and participate in meetings and information sessions; coordinate project schedules; create/distribute minutes and action items; trace action items for successful completion.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
It is required that the Solutions Architect have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's and fourteen (14) years or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.
- US citizen and Active TS/SCI clearance.
- One or more professional certifications (i.e., PMP, CCIE, CCNP as well as 8570 certification(s) (i.e., Security +, CASP, CISSP, etc.).
- DoD experience with vulnerability management and documentation.
- Proven leadership experience leading small to mid-size (10 - 50) person engineering teams.
- Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to compose and edit written materials independently.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships and effective communications using tact, patience, and courtesy.
- Proficiency in standard office software and EA tools (i.e., MagicDraw, Cameo, Rhapsody, System Architect).
- Experience organizing and running meetings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Master's Degree. and twelve (12) or more years of related experience.
