SAIC is seeking a Stock Clerk to join our team in North Charleston, SC. This position is 100% on site.
The Stock Clerk will:
- Exercise care in the use of company equipment and tools.
- Observe all safety programs and practices.
- Assemble orders and kits of materials, parts, and assemblies for transfer to production and shipping.
- Record and document material receipts, transfers, and inventory accounting.
- Examine material(s) to verify damage and report discrepancies.
- Compute amount of material(s) needed for specific job orders.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma/GED equivalent.
- Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Tools (Word and Excel in particular).
- Must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
Desirable:
- Previous warehouse experience.
