SAIC is seeking a Strategic Management and Operations Analyst to support the Secret and Below Releasable Environment (SABRE) program in the Air Force Cloud One Common Computing Environment (CCE) under the Air Force Lifecycle Management Center Office for Network Integration (AFLCMC/HNI).  SABRE is a key component of the DoD Operational Mission Partner Environment (MPE) and the DoD strategy on how to send, secure and share critical data to United States and its global mission partners as quickly possible, reduce the cost of maintaining multiple bilateral and multilateral networks, and secure the mission partner ally enterprise networks and information domains against constantly evolving near peer adversaries. SABRE also serves as a pathfinder in developing Zero-Trust (ZT) policy at the DoD and Service-levels on the combatant use of Information Domains as a contested warfighting environment and the future of data-centric operations.  This position is 100% remote. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement processes to capture, store, and distribute organizational information and knowledge 
  • Build and maintain authoritative knowledge organizational structure and retrieval methodology: Creating centralized repositories and organization structure where employees can publish and view SABRE artifacts, documents, customer knowledge assets
  • Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies
  • Work with all stakeholders to promote and optimize the use of the organization's knowledge assets 
  • Manage the indexing/cataloguing, storage, and access of explicit organizational knowledge (e.g., hard copy documents, digital files) and collaborative technologies (e.g., groupware, SharePoint)
  • Knowledge of risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk) and DoD laws, regulations, and cybersecurity policies
  • Create, capture, organize, and assess knowledge assets for enterprise use
  • Develop a robust roadmap strategy for implementing knowledge management that builds upon industry best practices and leverages tooling and process advancements
  • Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance with client's knowledge management methodologies
  • Has a broad range of skills and a breadth of knowledge in several IT and cyber disciplines including systems and enterprise architecture, software and hardware engineering, interface protocols, and general problem solving skills
  • Plans and implements process improvements, including: future state design, change management, and transition planning
  • Collaborate with leadership and the wider organization to improve cross-functional collaboration and customer experience to ensure that all knowledge is consistent, accurate, current, and relevant

Qualifications

REQUIRED CLEARANCE/CITIZENSHIP:

  • Interim Secret clearance required to start; Ability to obtain a Secret clearance required to maintain employment
  • US citizenship required

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related scientific or technical discipline and nine (9) years or more of experience; Masters degree and seven (7) or more years of experience
  • Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Security + or higher 

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
  • High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • 6+ years of current proven experience in implementing KM strategies
  • Experience in building KM programs in the technology industry or within technical groups within a large, global organization
  • Experience communicating with and influencing senior leadership as well as framing discussions to gain valuable feedback and experience
  • Proven experience in leading teams to deliver impact
  • Skill in using knowledge management technologies. 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • PMP certification
  • IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL)
  • Experience with DoD Information Domains
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense and Air Force IT software and cyber projects
  • Knowledge of an organization's information classification program and procedures for information compromise
  • Knowledge of cloud computing service models Software as a Service (SaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Platform as a Service (PaaS)

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
