Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Technician to join our talented team. In this role, you will support inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization. Duties include addressing individual case problems or supply actions to support program functions.

Work is performed on site in Norfolk, VA and Virginia Beach, VA.

This position is contingent upon award news Spring of 2026. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform technical supply management, including inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization. 
  • Work within the program requirements within specific variations guidelines. 
  • Regularly checking stock levels, placing orders for supplies based on demand, and managing inventory to maintain appropriate par levels. 
  • Receiving deliveries, verifying quantities and quality of incoming supplies, and resolving discrepancies with vendors. 
  • Properly storing supplies in designated areas, picking and packing orders, and delivering supplies to relevant departments. 
  • Performing quality checks on received supplies and identifying any damaged or defective items. 
  • Collaborating with different departments to ensure timely delivery of supplies and address supply needs.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Five (5) years of experience required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated communication and documentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of DoD supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines.
  • Analytical ability to recognize and report issues and recommend action.

Required Security Clearance:

  • US Citizenship required.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance.
    • Active Interim Secret or final Secret clearance is preferred.
