SAIC is seeking a Systems Integration Manager for an Air Force program located in San Antonio, TX at JBSA Randolph.  This is a hybrid-remote position; targeting candidates local to San Antonio.

This role will be responsible for the smooth running of our clients computer systems within the requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines as directed by the client. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of client systems and ensure day-to-day operations are executed effectively at all sites throughout the US. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Experience leading and managing large IT projects and deploying IT infrastructure across various technologies
• Monitor performance of IT systems to determine cost and productivity levels and make data driven recommendations to improve IT infrastructure
• Help define IT strategy, architecture, and processes
• Analyze business requirements by partnering with stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for improved performance
• Assess suppliers and develop new testing strategies for both hardware and software
• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies and procedures to ensure effective data and network security
• Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching team members and communicating and assessing job performance
• Identify problematic areas and implementing solutions in a timely manner
• Handle annual budge and ensure cost effectiveness

Qualifications

Required Experience and Education

• Bachelor's and nine (9) years or more of experience or Master's and seven (7) years or more of experience or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree
• Requires experience and proven ability with Windows networks, network security, network automation, PowerShell and Windows administration
• Strong critical thinking and decision making skills
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Firm grasp of IT operations and strong grasp of IT best practices
• Must posses an active Security+ certification or IATII equivalent
• Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
