SAIC is seeking a Training Analyst to join our Defense & Civilian Sector in support of the Federal Aviation Administration Integrated Service Center (FAA ISC) on the Customer Experience and Innovation/User Education & IT Training team
Responsible for maintaining applications to be delivered via computer-based training, eLearning environments and learning management systems. Conducts training analysis, designs and develops training curricula, designs and develops multimedia/web storyboards and training, and measures and evaluates effectiveness of training. Travel estimate for this position is less than 10% of the time, but travel may be required to meet customer requirements
THIS POSITION IS REMOTE AND CAN BE WORKED ANYWHERE IN WITHIN THE US.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret tech facing training material to end user training material
- End user training material development (traditional and video formats)
- ILT course analysis
- ILT course development
- Customer collaboration for course development and enhancement
- Web based training (traditional and video formats)
- Monitoring and evaluate training programs as needed
- Review and process timesheets
- Complete weekly report
- Disseminate monthly training schedule
- Deliver ILT
- Facilitate 1:1 and tailored mentoring sessions
- Develop internal SOPs
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:- Bachelors and six years or more of related experience. Additional experience may be acceptable in lieu of the degree.
- Must be willing to work effectively within a team environment in a fast-paced support role.
- Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder who has resided in the U.S. for at least 3 years with the ability to obtain a public trust
- Knowledge and experience with Adobe Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photo Shop, Adobe Illustrator, Articulate Storyline 360.
- Knowledge of implementing and troubleshooting CBT's into a learning management system.
- Ability to create, test, and review new and existing course materials for the development of Computer-Based Training (CBT).
- Knowledge of Successive Approximation Model (SAM) training model
- Ability to work under a tight deadline.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, be dependable, outgoing and positive with excellent problem solving skills.
Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
