Description: We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong financial background to support SAIC's growing unmanned systems (UxS) programs. This position supports and manages the operational aspects of ongoing government projects.

Duties will include:

·        Responsible for developing budgets and schedules to meet project requirements

·        Conducting comprehensive analysis and forecasting to support long-term planning and execution for Navy program managers, NSWC PCD senior leadership, and program offices.

·        Develop analytical reports and presentations for Navy customers to communicate complex data and provide recommendations.

·        Tracking and analyzing weekly and monthly expenditures

·        Preparing weekly and monthly financial reports for Government Program Managers

·        Tracking and reporting of programs' milestones and deliverables

·        Maintaining project information using Government accounting and reporting systems.

·        Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data to inform Navy leadership decisions, enhancing mission readiness and organizational effectiveness at NSWC PCD.

·        Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including financial models, process flows, and business cases.

·        Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Qualifications

·        Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field and 3+ years of experience

·        Navy ERP Experience (or equivalent DoD system)

·        Thorough knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Word

·        DoD financial management experience

Clearance - Interim Secret with ability to obtain secret
