Trainer (Shipping) - 2nd shift (1:45pm - 10:15pm)
General responsibilities include being assigned to act as an advisor or guide to a trainee including providing support to, and feedback on, the trainee. The trainer assumes a role model position as someone willing to share their knowledge, skill and expertise to give help and advice for the long term benefit of the trainee, and the entire company.

Mentor Training Overview:
Trainer Profile:
- Experience as a Shipper in a SalonCentric DC with a high level understanding of shipping methods and satisfactory performance history
- Interpersonal & Communication skills
- Patience and empathy
- Willingness to share skills, knowledge and expertise
- Exhibits enthusiasm and positivity
- Dependable and self-reliant – must have a good attendance record, self-motivated and effective with minimal immediate supervision
- Mentor will train new hires and temps as needed, other time will be spent in primary function.
- Mentor will provide one-on-one support at the start of trainee's employment, then provide periodic check ins as employment continues during 90 day probationary period.
Additional requirements include: High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED). Must be reliable and on-time to work each day. Ability to work with others in a fast-paced team environment. Prior warehouse experience, Experience as a Shipper in a SalonCentric DC preferred. Must be able to read and write English. Ability to learn to use computer and radio frequency devices (RF gun). Ability to lift up to 35lbs frequently. Background screens, including drug screen, will be conducted prior to hire.
