Position Summary:

SalonCentric is looking for a Pricing Analyst to support our OMNI Sales Channel. Position Responsibilities:

• Participate in the monthly promotion review process. Collaborate with category management and OMNI channel members to evaluate the feasibility and required structure/redemption methods of promotions.
• Conduct thorough promotional set up in multiple software systems. Perform testing of a significant number of promotions to uncover errors and to understand how the intertwined promotional structure of the business may affect customer satisfaction.
• Assist with promotional activity that does not fall within the monthly cadence, such as structural discounts, clearance, drop-in promotions, coupon offers, etc.
• Develop and enhance methods for reducing pricing/promotional uncertainty amongst cross functional teams.
• Provide dedicated financial support and expertise to operating departments, helping them understand promotion performance to achieve financial goals.
• Confidently present financial findings, analysis, and recommendations to leadership, clearly communicating complex information and insights.
• Support the development of new pricing tools and systems integrations.
• Lead or contribute to special projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned; Maintain and enforce strong internal controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Business, Statistics, or a related business field.
• Ideal Candidate Skills: Promotions Management, Problem-Solving and Crisis Management
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Must have long-term authorization to work in the U.S.
