JOB TITLE: Senior Manager, Omni Point of Sales (GK)
REPORTS TO: Vice President – Business Systems Transformation

LOCATION: St. Petersburg, FL – SalonCentric National Operating Center (NOC)

What You Will Do:
This is a high-impact role with significant responsibility for transforming SalonCentric/L'Oréal's IT landscape while ensuring uninterrupted business operations and unlocking new capabilities. You will lead the GK Point of Sale (POS) related aspects of the Burger implementation. Your success hinges on fostering strong collaborations with business units and IT teams across SalonCentric/L'Oréal USA.
- Develop and align GK's functionality with SalonCentric's broader business strategy and systems transformation projects. Ensure functionality to be seamlessly integrated ensuring best in class customer experience and NEO compliance.
- Proactively identify and address implementation obstacles, offering viable solutions to keep the project on track.
- Collaborate with GK Point of Sale Product owners.
Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- As part of the Burger Project team, contribute and actively participate in the SalonCentric/L'Oreal USA Burger Steering Committee, providing clear communication on project progress, risks, and decisions.
- Proactively identify and address implementation obstacles, offering viable solutions to keep the project on track.
- Align GK Point of Sale project objectives with SalonCentric's broader business strategy, including NEO transformation initiatives and parallel workstreams.
GK POS Implementation & Optimization:
- Define and implement the processes required for the successful Burger implementation of the GK Point of Sale, ensuring it meets current and future business needs for the following:
- Point of Sale – SalonCentric Stores
- Remediation for S/4
- Anticipate future business and technical requirements, including integration with existing systems like SAP/NEO, Order Management System, etc
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications in alignment with the Burger program.
Technical Expertise & Testing:
- Lead the co-development of omni channel comprehensive test plans to ensure the GK Point of Sale meets functionality, performance, and integration requirement as part of the Burger and NEO remediation.
- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and business processes.
- Collaborate closely with IT and technical teams to ensure seamless system integration and data flow.
- Project Management Excellence:
- Manage the project plan, meticulously tracking progress, CapEx and OpEx expenditures, and ensuring alignment with the business case assumptions.
- Lead change management efforts, effectively communicating changes and ensuring smooth adoption across the organization.
- Provide ongoing support during the GK Point of Sale NEO remediation, ensuring the achievement of defined success KPIs.
What We Are Looking For:
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in project management, ideally with a focus on retail development, supply chain or IT implementations.
- Prior experience with GK Point of Sale, and/or Omni Operations is highly preferred.
- Experience in Retail environments is a significant plus.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, supply chain operations, and system integration principles.
- Expertise in project management methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, build consensus among stakeholders, and drive complex projects to successful completion.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop creative solutions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
