In this role, you will be providing support in a broad range of HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance for the Refinery Services business. Responsibilities may include conducting interviews, handling employee inquiries, assisting with training and development programs, managing HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) data, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed. This role often requires a solid understanding of HR principles and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
