We provide Uniforms & PPE (laundering included) (7) Paid Holidays Excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and 401(k) with match Excellent Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, and short- and long-term disability 401 (k) with company match and profit sharing  Two weeks of PTO to start Paid Holidays   Outstanding Culture Opportunities for growth   Wellness Activities Team Member Discount Program   Here is what you will be doing   Support Operations Manager with the administrative functions of the terminal Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy Making special shipping arrangements as necessary Tracking and updating shipping information, Preparing documents for billing and or invoices Participate in the development of processes Ensure that the quality of our service meets the standards of the company and clients Schedule and coordinate day-to-day activities in the warehouse and interchange Inspect pick-up and delivery paperwork to ensure the client's needs are met Communicate effectively with team members to ensure customer orders and information is provided. Effectively use inventory software Work closely with Operations to manage inventory levels.       Requirements . Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word, in particular) Proficient in standard logistics software Excellent analytical, problem-solving solving and organizational skills Attention to detail Strong knowledge of maritime and warehouse logistics practices, including documentation, cargo handling, and legal compliance. ​ Ability to manage multiple tasks, resolve delivery delays or discrepancies, and facilitate efficient cargo flow. ​ Experience with computerized inventory or maintenance management systems (CMMS) and logistics IT applications. ​ Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders (port authorities, customs, vendors, and vessel crews). 3 Years of customer experience preferred but not required   Physical requirements for this role Light work: Exerting up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs. frequently, or a negligible amount constantly Prolonged sitting: Sitting at a desk for extended periods of time Ability to don appropriate PPE (Safety-toed boots, Vest, hard hat, gloves, Reflective vest) and walk within a warehouse or terminal setting. #IND1
