The Talent Acquisition & Total Rewards intern will be assigned a few projects to manage and complete throughout the internship period. These projects will require an assortment of analytical, interpersonal, and general business/life skills. In collaboration with the Director of Total Rewards & Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition & Total Rewards Intern will assist in a job audit by reaching out to leaders and reviewing the accuracy of job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, and job titles assigned to Team Members.

Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Critical and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent organizational skills (update and organize files, clean desk and on top of routine functions)
  • Ability to learn and utilize different software platforms
  • Strong time management skills, self-motivated and proactive
  • Dependable and reliable with scheduled work shifts
  • Professional in appearance and demeanor at all times

Education:

  • Currently enrolled in HR-related Baccalaureate Degree Program and have completed three years of schooling (junior year), minimum GPA 3.3
  • Degree Program: Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, or related field
