What you will do

Principal Accountabilities

• Operation with respect to SOP's in respective shifts.  
• Ensure all packet related Integrity at the time of production.
• In addition to above, during respective shifts maintaining all the Logbooks with ongoing activities.
• Initiate to attend basic online break downs in minimum possible time.
• Maintain records of the maintenance work done on the respective equipment's. While operation like in production or daily care or weekly care if spare parts and consumable used during the shift, then the same to be communicated to day-shift in-charge to initiate purchase and replenishment of ready use stock.
• Co-ordination with Production shift in-charges of plant to confirm availability of laminate or other usable stocks like straw, strip or cap and etc.
• Keep Maintenance in-charges informed about happenings during the shift.
• Ensure compliance of ISO & HACCP during day to day / shift activities.
• Ensure continuous improvement with regards to maintenance / Human & Food safety. Strive towards the common goals of the organization in consultation with Team advisor.
• Execution of process excellence ideas in consultation with TA Maintenance.
• Sustain 5S concept.

Critical Challenges

• Follow the Sop's and also follow the OEM procedures wherever and whenever required without bypassing any step or procedure.
• Effectively communicate with superiors & subordinates about the new developments, problems faced, work done during the shift.
• Ability to effectively organize manpower and materials for proper Operations.

What you need to succeed

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Tetra Pak
• Ability to identify and resolve issues/opportunities
• Must have a proven track record of demonstrating technically
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and team player
