As the Business Unit Coordinator, you will support our Contract Manufacturing and Ingredient Sales group, Retail Sales group, and Foodservice Chains Sales group. You will have the opportunity in this role to facilitate success every day by providing high-quality, proactive solutions as an integral part of the team to achieve exceptional business results. We'd expect you to bring creativity, flexibility, and energy to the team.
This role offers a flexible hybrid work schedule (Monday-Friday) located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The hybrid work schedule is up to 2 days/week from home.

What you'll do:
- Be the example and role model of our culture to our partners, customers and suppliers. Anticipate needs of our customers/partners/teams/suppliers with a natural willingness to go above and beyond expectations.
- Plan, coordinate and organize meetings and activities of all sizes and complexities to ensure productive and successful results. Lead event planning to include coordination of venue, logistics, meal selections, invitations, response tracking, program scheduling, budget/cost analysis and on-site event management/participation. Arrange complex travel arrangements for multiple travelers on domestic and international flights with coordination of all related hotel and ground transportation.
- Monitor dashboards with key performance metrics. Develop presentations, spreadsheets and reports to help department/team members convey information in an attractive and easy-to-comprehend format
- Manage document storage processes, to allow partners to access information on a timely basis to meet deadlines and requirements. Maintain department files and documentation in electronic and/or paper formats.
- Be the point person for all Food shows for the Commercial Sales team.
- Serve as the central contact person and information provider to determine significance and appropriate course of action. Act as the liaison with travelling partners to provide a superior level of support. Assist as needed with ordering office supplies and packaging/shipping/mailing of materials for department/team. Act as the subject-matter resource of your business unit/work group. Be the administrative subject matter expert.
- Oversees Recognition Program within division with tracking and quarterly reporting. Observe and understand the pulse/dynamics of the division and identify opportunities for improvement. Act as a resource in addressing general company or process-related questions in relation to onboarding, terminations and moves for department/team.
- Together with the leadership team, ensures compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans, in addition to customer requirements. Interprets and communicates customer requirements to plant production and/or support groups. Establishes and Audits PCPs, CCPs and Standard Operating Procedures to define and monitor processes, to ensure customer requirements are met. Reviews incidents during which the procedures are not met, and determines appropriate corrective action for partners failing to follow standard procedures.
What you need to succeed:
- High School - GED
- Associates degree is preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in Business or Administrative Support
- Sales, accounting, marketing may be required
- Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote
- Other software (i.e. Access, Oracle, Schreiber specific software, etc.) may be required depending on position
- Must have a reliable internet connection (minimum 10 mb download speed) at home for remote and hybrid positions.
