The IT Solution Intern will work with the Schreiber Digital Labs team in helping customers achieve their business goals and objectives through the successful use of the company's solutions, and services. In this internship, you will learn how to identify user needs, document requirements and processes and addresses improvements to accomplish business objectives. You will learn how to configure system settings and options, integration, user acceptance testing, and providing demonstrations of the solution. This role will help support the team with customers in defining and implementing standard processes in warehousing, operations, and quality.
We have 2 openings for this internship that we are looking to hire for immediately but start date will be early Spring 2025.
This internship offers a flexible hybrid work schedule located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The hybrid work schedule is 2 days at Home Office and the remainder from home.

What you'll do:
- Grow your skills to produce and deliver high quality, structured and solutions in accordance to business/customer requirements and IT standards.
- Support collaboration with the customer to create detailed use cases, process flows, prototyping and test cases and scenarios to implement quality solutions.
- Answer customer questions and addressing concerns.
- Contribute to analyze the feasibility and may assist with the development of requirements for integrations and enhancements to existing SaaS solution; ensures the system design fits the needs of the business.
- Learn system functionality and grow communication skills to demonstrate system capabilities to the customer.
- Assist in, creating and executing test cases and scenarios.
- Support subject matter expert training and assist with troubleshooting issues.
- Assist the project team in defining project scope, goals, approach and deliverables supporting the business objectives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
What you need to succeed:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing Finance or Business Administration with at least 3 semesters remaining in school (May 2026 grads or later). If enrolled in an Associate's degree program must have a plan to pursue a bachelor's degree immediately after associates is completed.
- Knowledge in inventory management and ERP systems.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project.
- Ability to work independently on designated tasks as needed.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze information and display strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude.
- Natural curiosity.
- The work hours are flexible based on your class schedule, working approximately 15-20 hours during the school year and 40 hours during summer/winter breaks. This position will start during spring semester.
- Must have a reliable internet connection (minimum 10 mb download speed) at home for remote and hybrid positions.

For positions that require any amount of travel: Valid driver's license, auto insurance (at least state minimum- more might be required), acceptable driving record per Schreiber Foods discretion, and vehicle that will ensure applicant can meet the travel necessities of the position are required.
