What You'll Do:
As a Machine Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping dairy processing lines running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include:
- Operating production equipment and supporting smooth line performance
- Packaging finished product and helping meet production targets
- Performing quality checks to ensure customer requirements are met
- Following good manufacturing practices, housekeeping standards, and food safety procedures
- Wearing required personal protective equipment and meeting OSHA safety requirements
- Supporting a clean, safe, and team-focused work environment
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures
- Manufacturing experience preferred, with at least two years strongly valued
- Commitment to safety, quality, attendance, and teamwork
- Ability to operate an electronic pallet jack and lift 30–50 pounds at waist level
- Willingness to work in cold or hot conditions as needed
Additional Requirements:
- Pass a post-offer background check and drug screen
- Maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- Be available for overtime and weekend work when needed for full-time positions
- Proficiency in reading and comprehension of the English language is required
