Shift Options: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM on alternating three- and four-day weeks with every other weekend off
What You'll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping production equipment and plant systems running safely and efficiently. You'll support preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and sanitation across critical equipment and utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
This role includes a wide range of duties that support safe, reliable plant operations. Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and plant systems
- Adjusting equipment, changing small parts, motors, and pump heads as needed
- Monitoring and maintaining ammonia, compressed air, and high-pressure steam systems
- Completing preventative maintenance and equipment rebuilds on schedule
- Supporting CIP, sanitation, product quality, and recordkeeping requirements
- Maintaining a clean work environment and promoting strong teamwork and communication
What You Bring:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English
- Experience working safely around industrial equipment and utilities
- Commitment to safety, quality, attendance, and teamwork
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed and use proper lifting techniques
Additional Requirements:
- Pass required Ramsay and hands-on maintenance assessments
- Maintain an overall “successful” or “commendable” performance rating
