- Generate documentation and analyze sanitation performance throughout the plant.
- Review of circuits using a PID and understanding: Role of valves, gauges, flow direction, identify a pump.
- Understand the importance of cleanings, understand the parameters associated with them, basic micro knowledge. Work to maintain good hygiene conditions in the facilities,
- Takes care of Neptune validation according to schedule validated by Sanitarian. Check the hygiene of the circuits by disassembling different points after CIP.
- Control the values of the concentration, time, temperature, and flow rate of the CIP. Understand how to judge pulses, visual inspection, ATP and micro swabbing. Work with the teams responsible for production, maintenance and quality in order to carry out equipment cleaning tasks as planned.
- Be able to tear down simple equipment and coordinate with maintenance for more difficult ones
- Generate standards for general manual cleaning procedure so he can provide support if needed
- Able to participate in the plant inspections for finding leaks, bad equipment, etc
