Will have the primary responsibility to manage quality complaints to suppliers for all EUYOG plants. Will be supervising all complaints submitted through the Supplier Portal, supporting partners and suppliers around Europe in case of doubts on how to use this portal functionality, managing vendor returns in Oracle and making sure the whole process is running in the right way. For that aim, will be interacting with EQFS, QA, AP, Warehouses and suppliers.
Role & responsibilities:
Manage complaints through the supplier portal
Provide support on supplier portal RMI (Raw Material Incidents) functionality to partners and suppliers
Support to suppliers on Supplier Portal
Key ingredients:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
1 - 2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance and/or Operations
English fluency
French intermediate (nice to have)
Negotiation skills
