Smyth is hiring a Press Operator to run flexographic equipment in our facility centrally located in the Twin Cities. If you have printing experience and enjoy hands-on work, we want to hear from you.

Schedule
- Thursday – Saturday
- 5:00 AM – 5:15 PM
- Overtime available (paid after 40 hours)
What You'll Do
- Operate and set up flexographic printing presses
- Produce high-quality labels and packaging
- Adjust press settings to meet specifications
- Keep materials stocked and minimize downtime
- Work with teammates to hit daily production goals
What You Need
- 2+ years of press, printing, or manufacturing experience
- Strong mechanical skills
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Attention to detail and quality
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
- Flexographic printing experience
- Cold foil, hot stamp, rotary screen, or specialty coatings
- Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
